The Tweed rig is one of five electric guitar rigs featured in our POD Go bundle, POD Essentials. This particular rig is built on one of the most common tube amplifiers today: the Deluxe Reverb. It has a slightly scooped tone and has great clean headroom, while still delivering an epic lead sound when needed.
With four versatile presets, this rig utilizes entirely stock blocks within the POD Go. An EQ block is strategically placed after the cabinet to add life and body to the stock cabinet sound. You can use this preset as it comes or customize it by swapping out the cabinet blocks with your favorite IRs. If you choose to use third-party IRs, remember to deactivate the EQ block.
Note: Designed to complement the most common guitar configurations, these presets may require adjustments to treble, bass, and gain settings based on your guitar's pickups to achieve the exact sound you’re looking for.
