Worship Start’s MainStage Kit for Keys is a great ‘Latch Pads’ feature included, but can be a potential problem-spot if you’ve accidentally switched a setting, if you have an older version of MainStage, or even if your CPU recently overloaded. When this happens, it can result in a loss of audio coming from the Latch Pads section. Here’s how to solve this problem:

  • If you’ve done some tweaking accidentally and clicked save, you may have overwritten the latch pad functionality. Restart MainStage and try a fresh copy of our MainStage Kit for Keys.

  • We have had rare instances where the latch pads stopped working after the computer CPU has spiked, and then the concert was saved. In this case, restart MainStage 3 and open a fresh copy of our MainStage Kit for Keys.

If you are still experiencing issues with our latch pads section, message our team directly using the chat on the Worship Start homepage. We will try to help diagnose the issue or
