Do I need to provide credit when I use a song in my project?

The songs in Worship Start’s Royalty-Free Music Library are licensed under a “Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License”. CC licenses have a flexible attribution requirement, so unfortunately there isn’t necessarily one correct way to provide attribution/credit. The safest way to satisfy the attribution requirement on digital platforms is to include the following information where applicable:

• Credit the creator/artist

• Provide the title of the work

• Provide the URL where the work is hosted: https://www.worshipstart.com/royaltyfreemusic

• Copy and paste the license: “This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.”
